TSS Cruise to Regatta Pointe Marina

Join the Tampa Sailing Squadron for a weekend cruise to Regatta Pointe Marina in Palmetto!
This is a great overnight cruise for cruisers of all sizes. The approximately 28 nautical mile route each way makes for a full day on the water, followed by dinner with the group and an overnight stay at the marina or nearby anchorage.
Members who are not cruising by boat are also welcome to drive down from TSS and meet the group at Regatta Pointe and Riverhouse Waterfront Restaurant.
Saturday – October 17
1000–1030 – Pre-Cruise Meeting
1100 – Departure from TSS
1700 – Estimated Arrival at Regatta Pointe Marina
1800 – Dinner at Riverhouse Waterfront Restaurant
Sunday – October 18
0900 – Departure from Regatta Pointe
1500 – Estimated Arrival at TSS
1700(ish) – Post-Cruise Dinner
For anyone interested in getting together after the cruise, we will plan a casual post-cruise dinner. Possible locations are TSS Clubhouse, Apollo Pizza, or Finns
Final dinner plans will be coordinated with the group during the cruise.

Cruisers planning to stay at the marina should make their slip
reservations directly with Regatta Pointe Marina.
Anchorage:
An anchorage is available approximately 1.5 miles from the marina for
cruisers who prefer to anchor overnight.
Drive-In Option:
Members who would like to participate but are not cruising by boat are
welcome to drive to Regatta Pointe Marina and meet the group for dinner
and evening activities.
